thyssenkrupp is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Forrest City, AR location. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain communication with customers, management, staff, and vendors
- Maintain current processes put in place by managment and assist in new processes
- Execution of projects delegated around the facility, customers, and management
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and in order
- Ensure operational KPIs are met day to dau
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 Years of proven in expierence in supervison experience
- Knowledge of software applications in a distribution setting
- Familiar with warehouse and forklift operations
- Team orientated proven in operations
- Ability to learn new warehouse applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA degree in business administration, management, or logistics
- Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
