Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $20.00/hour plus monthly bonus potential
Shift: Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm

Must be available to work OT if needed.

We're currently looking for a Material Handler to join our 1st shift crew. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly-from stocking and packing to loading, unloading, and operating machinery. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy physical work, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate forklifts to move and stock materials accurately.
• Select, package, and prepare products for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks-verifying contents match shipping documents.
• Use tools like saws to cut materials as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep your area clean and organized.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Follow all safety, ISO, and 6S standards.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to read and write English (in Quebec, must read and write French)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. for 100 feet
• Ability to perform basic math skills
• Previous forklift experience
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping motions
• Safety Mindset

Preferred Requirements:

• Use of handheld measuring tools
• Basic computer skills and knowledge, such as with database programs and Microsoft Office programs.
