Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth food delivery process
- Assist in food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent service to guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and servers
