Senior Superintendent – Commercial Electrical Construction (Relocation Required – TX)
We are seeking a Senior Superintendent with proven field leadership on large-scale commercial electrical new construction projects. This role is based across Texas (DFW, Houston, Austin) and requires relocation. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Key Requirements
- 10 years of electrical construction field experience — commercial new construction only; utility T&D
- Field leadership on projects with single-project values of $20M or more — candidates must be able to provide specific project details
- Experience with high voltage systems in a commercial construction context
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews, foremen, and subcontractors simultaneously
- Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred
- Must be open to relocation to Texas
Responsibilities
- Direct daily field operations on large commercial electrical construction projects
- Manage manpower, scheduling, and site execution
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Enforce safety compliance and quality control across all operations
- Lead and develop foremen and field electricians
- Drive execution to meet schedule and budget targets
