Job description:
Thurston Mechanical is a local, family-owned, Industrial Plumbing company. Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm with some mandatory overtime as well as weekends, often without advanced notification. We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team.
All positions with Thurston Mechanical include performing duties and jobs as assigned, as we may need assistance for work outside of the specific position you are hired for.
Experience/Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
- 1 years in construction/industrial work setting
- Ability to follow directions and work as directed
- Able to work in a fast paced environment safely
- Must meet attendance schedules with dependability and consistency
- Flexible to work off hours, weekends, holidays
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs
- Ability to work standing or walking for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to work safely and maintain quality in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability/willingness to work in an industrial environment which includes being outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be willing to travel and stay out of town
