About the Role:
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Grounds Keeper to join our team. This position starts with hands-on training alongside the owner to learn our standards and processes. Once fully trained, you’ll be assigned to a residential lawn route to manage independently with responsibility for completing all scheduled work to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weed eating, edging, and push mowing residential properties
- Flower bed maintenance and weeding
- General yard clean-up and seasonal tasks (leaf removal, debris hauling)
- Assisting with project work such as digging, mulching, and planting
- Documenting completed work using our system's and app
- Reporting property issues or customer concerns
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper use
- Representing the company with professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior landscaping or lawn care experience
- Must be physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality work
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Must be punctual and able to follow a consistent weekly route
