Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Foreman/Carpenter, located in Wolfeboro, NH. The Project Foreman/Carpenter will oversee construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating teams, operating heavy equipment as needed, performing carpentry tasks, and ensuring the proper maintenance of tools and machinery. The Foreman is expected to maintain effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee project timelines
- Experience in Carpentry work, including framing, finishing, and custom woodwork
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of Heavy Equipment
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Basic knowledge of Maintenance practices for tools, machinery, and construction equipment
- Ability to work on-site in Wolfeboro, NH and adhere to safety regulations
- Previous experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role is a plus
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional training or certifications in construction or carpentry are advantageous
