In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, for a wide range of patients, many of whom will be sedated for treatment combining your expertise in general dentistry, and prosthodontics to improve patients’ oral health and smiles. You will perform a wide range of procedures and often collaborate with dental specialists, from routine check-ups to complex restorative treatments ensuring exceptional patient care in a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment. This position is in a fee for service office where you can work half as hard, and earn twice as much as your colleagues. Duties
- Provide thorough dental examinations, assessments, and diagnoses in a calm,friendly and un-rushed settingl
- Perform a variety of treatments including dental restorations, crowns, bridges, oral surgery, endodontics. You will work with a renowned dentist/dental anesthesiologist, providing care to typical patients, as well as those who are nervous, phobic, and have special needs requirements.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans focused on optimal oral health and aesthetics.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry and anesthesia to provide cutting-edge care.
Requirements
- Valid dental license to practice as a General Dentist or Prosthodontist in the respective jurisdiction.
- Minimum of seven years of experience.
- Preference given to candidates who have experience in nitrous oxide, oral sedation and treatment of patients under IV sedation and general anesthesia. (no anesthesia license required).
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures efficiently.
- Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment is highly preferred.
