Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- The Heartbeat of Service: Promptly deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) from the kitchen and bar directly to guests at the lanes, tables, or concessions.
- Order Accuracy: Verify orders before they leave the window and assist in calling out names/numbers for guest pickups.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly service while delivering items, checking if guests need any immediate condiments or refills.
- The "Closer": Proactively clear dirty dishes, glassware, and trash from lanes and tables to maintain a clean environment.
- Sanitation: Sweep and mop up any food or beverage spills immediately to ensure guest safety.
- Bar & Kitchen Support: Assist with heavy lifting tasks including changing kegs and soda BIBs, refilling ice bins, and stocking dry goods at serving stations.
Core Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age (required to deliver alcoholic beverages).
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (kegs/ice) and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and guests.
- Sense of Urgency: A "hustle" mentality to get hot food to guests quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring the right food goes to the right lane every time.
- Team Player: Willingness to jump in and clean or stock whenever a teammate needs help.
- Late Nights: Willingness to work until 11 PM (Sun–Thurs) and 1 AM (Fri–Sat).
- Opening Shifts: Availability to start as early as 12 PM.
