Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project and program plans.
• Lead and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies for the project team.
• Monitor and manage project performance, ensuring milestones are met.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions across all stakeholders.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration using modern PM and communication tools
• Promote the project vision, objectives, and priorities to keep teams aligned.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and dashboards as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
• Familiar with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalents)
• Experience developing and executing project/program plans
• Experience in defining and promoting project vision and objectives
• Strong project performance management
• Hands-on Scrum facilitation experience
• Strong stakeholder collaboration
