Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project and program plans.
- Lead and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies for the project team.
- Monitor and manage project performance, ensuring milestones are met.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions across all stakeholders.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration using modern PM and communication tools
- Promote the project vision, objectives, and priorities to keep teams aligned.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and dashboards as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree AND 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Familiar with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalents)
- Experience developing and executing project/program plans
- Experience in defining and promoting project vision and objectives
- Strong project performance management
- Hands-on Scrum facilitation experience
- Strong stakeholder collaboration
