General Responsibilities: |

The Dental Patient Service Representative is responsible for welcoming and assisting patients with; scheduling of appointments, taking charge of all aspects of registering the patient, answering all incoming calls, collecting charges, taking complete and accurate messages, and documenting appropriately.
