- Execute end-to-end VM migrations from VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter) to Microsoft Hyper-V using Veeam Instant VM Recovery (IVMR) and the NetApp Shift Toolkit.
- Use Veeam Backup & Replication to support migrations, including backup and replica jobs, IVMR to Hyper-V, network and IP mapping, and final cutover with limited downtime.
- Set up and operate the NetApp Shift Toolkit on ONTAP storage, including SMB 3.0 and NFS shares, SMB Constrained Delegation, export policies, and large-scale disk conversion workflows.
