40 to 50 hours per week on average.
EST or CST time zone ideal.
Very high attention to detail and follow-through.
Demonstrated organizational skill set.
Strong communication skills across various audiences (customer, account team, partner delivery team).
Self-starter, proactive, caring about many small details that combine into a high-touch customer experience.
Relationship builder and strategic thinker, able to quickly develop the ability to take on engagement lead assignments across various internal and partner resource pools.
Wanting to take on broader program management responsibility as the ramp-up.
