Location: Glendale, CA
Onsite role: 5 days a week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE)
Shift timing: 8 am - 5 pm PST
Upto 6-months contract
Role Overview (Service Desk Associate/Tier I Support):
We are looking for candidates who can handle high-volume support activities (basic operations, network, IT) in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic PC/laptop troubleshooting (Windows)
- Password resets, account unlocks (Active Directory)
- Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams)
- User onboarding and access provisioning
- Ticket handling and escalation
Required Experience:
- Entry-level IT candidates (0β2 year's experience)
- Recent grads (IT, MIS, Computer Science)
- Candidates with help desk internships
- Strong customer service backgrounds (call center, retail) with basic technical aptitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and ability to work onsite daily
- Comfortable in high-volume environments
