Manager, Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Manager, Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability to lead global responsible sourcing, social compliance, CSR, and sustainability initiatives across an international supplier and factory network. This role will oversee compliance programs, regulatory implementation, supplier engagement, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder training while helping ensure ethical and sustainable supply chain practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global social compliance and responsible sourcing programs across supplier and factory networks.
• Lead supplier onboarding, compliance assessments, audits, corrective action plans, and remediation efforts.
• Serve as the primary contact for CSR, sustainability, and compliance-related initiatives.
• Monitor and implement global regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Track compliance performance, sustainability metrics, and reporting activities, including environmental impact initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs, guidance materials, and compliance communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage compliance systems, audit platforms, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.
• Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, legal, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in responsible sourcing, social compliance, CSR, sustainability, ESG, or supply chain compliance.
• Experience managing factory audits, supplier compliance programs, and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of global sourcing regulations, sustainability standards, and ethical supply chain practices.
• Experience with compliance management systems, audit platforms, and reporting tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
