Backup Engineer - Automation

- Experience in IT infrastructure services with strong knowledge of servers, storage and backup technologies
- Good Understanding of ITIL Processes and frameworks
- Experience in backup and storage solutions ensuring data protection and disaster recovery compliance
- Good Knowledge to develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and operations
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision and manage cloud/on premise infrastructure
- Experience in monitoring, incident management and troubleshooting system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
- Maintain documentation of infra environments, automation scripts and operational procedures
