Program Manager

Job Description:
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the the primary lead and interface for the contract, overseeing all program execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and compliance efforts to meet NSWCPD and Navy objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, contract management, and experience in naval/DoD environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage overall program scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate team performance, subcontractors, and resources.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and contract compliance.
• Provide required reports, briefings, and executive updates.
• Oversee quality assurance and technical integrity of deliverables.
• Support audits, reviews, and transition/continuity planning.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Ten (10) years’ experience in managing a team in information technology while serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers. Five (5) years’ of that experience shall be related to information assurance experience
• Education Req: Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university, or a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current US DOD Secret Secret Clearance or ability to achieve one
• Must be a US Citizen
