Summary:
The Acquisition Management Support I professional provides entry-level acquisition and contract management support to assist government or program office staff in all phases of the acquisition lifecycle. This role supports the development, execution, and administration of procurement activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of acquisition documentation (e.g., Statements of Work, Justifications & Approvals, Independent Government Cost Estimates).

Support market research activities, data calls, and industry engagement efforts.

Maintain contract files and assist with data entry and tracking in acquisition management systems.

Support pre-award and post-award activities under the guidance of senior acquisition staff.

Prepare briefings, reports, and correspondence related to acquisition actions.

Ensure documentation complies with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, and internal processes.

Assist with monitoring contract performance and deliverables.

Perform other related administrative and analytical duties in support of acquisition planning and execution.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business degree in business from an accredited college or university.

Minimum Experience: One (1) or more years professional experience in acquisition management support.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
