Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Provide guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Follow all food safety guidelines related to food handling, sanitation, and proper serving techniques
- Stocking various stations including Salad Bar, Bar
