Role Description
We are seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of commercial coffee and espresso equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is functioning at optimal levels. Strong communication with clients and internal teams will be essential for providing excellent service and resolving equipment-related concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience working with Heavy Equipment, especially commercial coffee equipment
- Clear and professional Communication skills with both clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Previous experience in the coffee or beverage service industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Phoenix area
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
