What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Practice Manager position at Thunderbird Dental Studio?
Our privately owned, patient focused dental practice is seeking a strong candidate to support and potentially lead our growing office! The ideal candidate possesses a positive can-do attitude, is eager to learn and grow, is able to be a team player, thrives in a fast paced environment and possesses strong leadership skills. Denticon experience is a HUGE plus, but not a requirement.
The ideal candidate:
- Maintains an optimistic attitude
- Treats everyone they encounter with respect and professionalism
- Follows company polices and systems to ensure office synergy
- Possesses effective communication skills
- Has at least three years experience working in a dental practice
- Monday-Friday schedule (1/2 Fridays)
- Available to work 40 hours a week
