We are currently seeking a Host/Busser to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid role is essential to maintaining the flow of service, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed, and keeping the dining room clean and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Host Duties
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage waitlists and reservations
- Answer questions about menu, specials, and restaurant services
- Support servers and managers in ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Busser Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Support servers by running food, refilling drinks, and stocking supplies as needed
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, ready to step in where needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
