Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all FOH staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume, quick-service environment.
- Oversee shift operations to ensure smooth service flow, timely execution, and exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members on hospitality, food handling, customer service protocols, Aloha/Micros POS systems, and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels for food, beverages, and service supplies.
- Execute strong cash-handling procedures, including drawer accountability and register balancing.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen leadership to ensure accurate communication, expedited ticket flow, and consistent food delivery.
- Maintain a vibrant, welcoming guest atmosphere, overseeing dining room condition, ambiance, and full health standard compliance.
