Job Summary
Thunder Wash is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to help maintain our wash facilities, assist customers, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
This role involves light cleaning, equipment checks, customer assistance, and routine rounds to keep the wash operating smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with questions about wash options or equipment
- Help resolve minor customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner
- Perform regular site rounds to ensure bays, vacuums, and common areas are clean
- Empty trash and clean wash bays, vacuum areas, and pet wash areas
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Refill supplies as needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform light physical work (walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, cleaning)
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Previous customer service or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
