- Supervision of MMI certified technicians including OJT.
- Create and implement procedures.
- Maximize technician's skill levels.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- We prefer 2-3 years experience in a Harley-Davidson Service department as a Service Manager.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
