Thunder Customs is the in-house accessories and customization shop at Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a family-owned dealership in Bartow. We build Jeeps and trucks the way their owners want them: wheels, tires, lifts, lighting, bumpers, and full custom packages. We're not a corporate showroom. We're a crew of enthusiasts who show up at trail rides, car shows, and meet-ups because that's where our people are.
We're looking for a part-time sales associate who lives this lifestyle and wants to help others build their dream rig.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help walk-in, phone, and online customers choose wheels, tires, lifts, and accessories that fit their vehicle, budget, and how they drive
- Build quotes and packages, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Work with our service techs to schedule installs and keep customers updated from quote to pickup
- Offer accessories to new and used vehicle buyers alongside the sales team
- Keep the display vehicles and showroom looking sharp
- Represent Thunder Customs at community events, including our Jeep & Truck Nights and local car shows (some evenings and weekends)
- Log customer info and follow-ups in our CRM
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Genuine passion for Jeeps, trucks, and off-road or custom builds (you'll be talking shop all day)
- Working knowledge of aftermarket parts, including lift kits, tire sizing, wheel fitment, and offsets
- Friendly, confident communicator who can explain options without pressure
- Reliable and self-motivated; comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills; CRM or quoting-software experience is a plus
- Retail, automotive, or parts sales experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Valid driver's license
- Availability on Saturdays and some evenings
