SUMMARY
An Assembler's position involves physically building and assembling products from components, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and quality construction. Tasks may include positioning parts, using tools, verifying measurements, and conducting quality control checks. Assembly and production experience and ongoing training are part of an assembler’s job which provides them with the option move up to Machine Operator Trainee as positions open.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under minimal supervision and with a high degree of attention to detail, assemblers must be able to:
· Follow detailed instructions
· Follow written directions
· Quality Control of parts and assemblies
· Read technical drawings
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
SKILLS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required.
· Manual, repetitive work involving extremely small parts
· Regularly reach, sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hours
· Use of hand tools

Starting wage $16-$18 DOE (Experienced Assemblers)
Third Shift Availability Sunday Night through Friday morning 10:00pm - 6:15am with $3.00 per hour differential pay.
Other shifts currently available:
First Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:15pm.
Second Shift Availability Monday through Friday 2:00pm - 10:15pm with $1.50 per hour differential pay.
Shift schedules/hours are subject to change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
