We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our clients' digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on managing online business profiles and online review management to help enhance our clients’ online presence. Responsibilities:Manage and optimize online business profiles for multiple clients.Maintain and update business listings across directories and platforms.Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews.Assist in reporting and tracking key performance metrics.Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.Coordinating with salespeople, managers and other team members to complete tasks.Proactively learning and implementing changes based on updated search guidelinesHelpful Qualifications:Strong project management skillsStrong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work independently or with other team membersPrevious experience in marketing or other related fields a plus.
