Paver Sealing Helper – Thumbs Up Paver Sealing
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday
Location: Delaware (serving residential customers throughout the state)

Thumbs Up Paver Sealing is a growing residential paver cleaning and sealing company in Delaware. We’ve been in business for 5 years with a strong reputation and consistent work. We’re looking to add to our team as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing jobs at residential homes
- Preparing job sites: taping, moving light furniture, protecting surrounding areas
- Operating pressure washers, blowers, and sealer sprayers
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Learning the trade with on-the-job training – no prior experience required
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and on time – this is the #1 requirement
- Physically able to do outdoor labor in summer heat (lifting, kneeling, standing)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Attention to detail – our customers expect quality work
- No experience necessary – we’ll train you
