Responsibilities
- 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience required
- Ensure the freshness of ingredients and finished products
- Adhere to recipes by accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
- Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to franchise specifications
- Present plated food with attention to detail
- Operate kitchen equipment, including broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Organize workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
- Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workspace, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes appropriately
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils as required
- Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently
- Inspect ingredient quality and freshness consistently
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned stations
- Accommodate guests’ special requests with professionalism
- Handle food with care, demonstrating strong knife skills and attention to detail in meal assembly
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, especially in breakfast environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
