Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Thumb Butte Pharmacy LLC in Prescott, AZ. The Certified Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, performing inventory control, and managing prescription records. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer service efforts by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role requires compliance with pharmacy regulations and delivering high-quality service to patients and customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Prescription handling and working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong knowledge of Pharmacy operations and Inventory Control processes
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to interact empathetically and professionally with patients
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in community pharmacy or retail pharmacy settings is preferred
