Thumb Alarm Systems Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Security, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Card Access and R-Care Technicians/Installers. Whether you're an experienced professional or someone eager to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Install, service, and maintain security and fire alarm systems
- Work with a variety of alarm technologies and equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and system testing
- Respond to on-call service needs (rotating schedule)
- Occasionally work on Saturdays, as needed
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes
Qualifications:
- Experience in alarm installation/service is preferred but we’re willing to train the right person
- Fire Alarm Level 2 Technician License is a plus (or willingness to obtain through further education)
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
