What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming commercial insurance leads and inbound calls
- Quote, present, and close new business opportunities
- Identify coverage gaps and upsell where appropriate
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call-volume setting
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven mindset with a desire to grow financially and professionally
- Comfortable managing consistent inbound call volume
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Commercial insurance experience required
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy
Compensation:
- Base salary uncapped commissions
- Strong On-Target Earnings (OTE)
