Starting Pay - $20.00 Per Hour
Job Description:
A Visiting Angels Scheduler is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient scheduling of caregivers visits to client's homes in the Southwest CO Area. Schedulers Utilize a Care Management Software to facilitate their scheduling duties. This job will be full time in the Pagosa Springs Main office 8:00 AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday.

A Visiting Angels Scheduler Requirements and Responsibilities Include:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma.
- Must have proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.
- Must be mature, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person that wants to be a team player.
- Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, talking on the phone with field employees and clients on a daily basis, be gifted at working with various personality types and be able to multi-task and produce positive results.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have good phone skills and excel at Customer Service.
- Must be organized.
- Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and Outlook.
- Must have a positive attitude and exhibit patience.
- Must live in or near Pagosa Springs, CO
