Duties
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads from setters, handling multiple appointments per day in affluent neighborhoods in Buffalo and surrounding areas.
- Present our permanent LED system using brochures, app demos, and customized proposals—highlighting benefits like energy savings, security, and zero annual hassle.
- Qualify prospects, address concerns (e.g., pricing, installation), and employ proven closing techniques to secure commitments on the spot.
- Optionally generate your own leads through networking or referrals to unlock higher commissions.
- Collaborate with the installation team for seamless handoffs post-close.
Experience
- 2 years of in-home sales experience in home services (e.g., HVAC, roofing, windows, or lighting)—bonus for high-end or seasonal products.
- Proven track record as a closer: 20% close rate on qualified leads, with experience handling $3,000 deals.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills; comfortable in upscale homes and handling objections with confidence.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with apps, Wi-Fi integrations, and basic CRM tools (we’ll train on ours).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for local travel.
