WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Installing high-quality landscapes - this includes planting trees and plants, dirt work, laying sod and setting large rocks.
- Installing landscape lighting systems
- Installing sprinkler systems
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Keeping your work truck clean and organized
- Supporting other areas of the business as needed
- Snow removal in winter (team-oriented, get-it-done mindset)
WINTER WORK (SNOW REMOVAL)
- On-call during snow events (must respond within 1 hour)
- Early mornings and long shifts when required
- Consistent hours and income year-round
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re not looking for just anyone—we’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who:
- Show up on time, every time
- Take pride in their work
- Want to learn, grow, and improve
- Can handle tough conditions (heat, cold, mud, snow)
- Work well with a team and treat customers with respect
- Ready to work 45–55 hours per week
- Willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed
- Have 3–5 years of experience in the green industry or a comparable trade

- Have strong mechanical skills or experience in a comparable trade
- Bring excellent customer service skills and represent the company well
- Have leadership or management experience (or the potential to grow into it)

While experience in the green industry is valuable, we can train the right person.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Reliable transportation
- Own a phone
- Clean-cut, professional attitude
