We help homeowners across Texas explore affordable solar solutions that can reduce monthly utility costs. Our culture emphasizes communication, professionalism, and ongoing coaching. Role Summary
You will visit local neighborhoods, engage homeowners in conversation, provide basic information about solar benefits, and schedule follow-up consultations with our energy advisors.
This is an introductory outreach role — no closing or selling required.

Work Schedule
- Field work begins at approximately 5 PM, Monday through Friday
- Training sessions:
– Virtual: Tuesday & Thursday at 2 PM (Google Meet)
– In-person: Monday, Wednesday & Friday in Frisco, TX
Minimum Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Dependable and goal-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is helpful but not required
Compensation
- Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential
- Additional incentives for qualified appointments and completed projects
- Door-to-door outreach in residential communities
Work Location: Field-based / Local travel required
