Fast Track to Solar Closer
We are expanding our residential solar outreach team in the Frisco–Dallas area and looking for motivated individuals to join us. All new hires begin as Appointment Setters, with a clear pathway to advance into a Solar Closer role after completing training and meeting performance goals.
Role Overview
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will visit local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule qualified solar consultations. The setter role involves no selling — your focus is on initiating conversations and setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Knock doors and engage homeowners
- Share simple information about solar incentives
- Set and confirm consultation appointments
- Follow routing and reporting procedures
- Attend required training to prepare for advancement
Training & Schedule
No experience needed — full training provided.
- Virtual Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays
- In-Person Coaching (Frisco, TX): Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
- Available Shifts: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Afternoon/evening availability preferred; weekends optional
Requirements
- Based near Frisco or Dallas, TX
- Owns a vehicle and smartphone
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
