Full-Time Field Appointment Coordinator — Clean Energy
A residential renewable-energy group serving the Frisco–Dallas region is growing its outreach team. We help local homeowners explore modern, cost-efficient energy options that can reduce utility expenses. We value professionalism, teamwork, and skill development. Many who start in entry-level positions advance into leadership roles through training and performance.
This full-time, entry-level role focuses on connecting homeowners with informational clean-energy consultations. No selling or closing is required.
What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners within assigned neighborhoods
- Share introductory details about available clean-energy programs
- Coordinate and confirm consultation appointments
- Follow communication and reporting procedures
Training & Schedule
- Training provided; no prior experience required
- Virtual training: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2 PM (Google Meet)
- In-person coaching: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in Frisco, TX
- Field work begins afternoons on weekdays
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone (communication & scheduling)
- Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners
- Coachable, consistent, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required
