Position: Full-Time Door to Door Appointment Coordinator — Clean Energy Sector
THS is seeking communicative and reliable individuals to support our homeowner outreach efforts throughout Texas. This role focuses on coordinating introductory consultations for residents interested in learning about clean-energy options.

Schedule & Training
- Field hours: Weekdays beginning around late afternoon
- Virtual instruction: Tuesdays & Thursdays (2 PM via Google Meet)
- In-person onboarding & coaching: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in Frisco, TX
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in the community
- Introduce available clean-energy consultation options
- Coordinate and confirm appointment times with interested residents
- Follow communication guidelines and reporting procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Comfortable initiating conversations
- Punctual and goal-oriented
- Openness to coaching and learning
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
