Full-Time Appointment Setter (Door to Door)
A residential clean-energy group is hiring full-time coordinators to support outreach efforts across the Frisco–Dallas area. This entry-level position focuses on speaking with homeowners and arranging consultations about energy-saving solutions. No sales or closing required.
What You’ll Do
- Visit local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
- Share basic clean-energy program information
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments
- Follow communication and reporting guidelines
Training & Schedule
- Training provided — no prior experience needed
- Virtual sessions: Tue & Thu at 2 PM (Google Meet)
- In-person coaching: Mon, Wed & Fri in Frisco, TX
- Field hours begin weekday afternoons
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Spanish is a plus
