Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in community engagement or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of community engagement programs
