Duties
- Create and maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Follow all company policies, state regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Model positive behavior, communication, and professionalism
- Support youth through mentorship, supervision, and daily living assistance
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Strong professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to actively supervise youth in a residential setting
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to respond safely and effectively in emergencies
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Must work a minimum of three 8-hour shifts per month and no more than three 8-hour shifts per pay period (24 Hours)
