As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive top-quality, compassionate care.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Directing and supporting nursing assistants in their daily duties.
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Completing documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Conducting daily rounds to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to meet resident needs.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
