The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Private Jet Charter Brokers who want to grow their business within a well-supported platform. This role can be fully remote or based in our Boca Raton office.
At Thrust Aviation, brokers focus on sales and client relationships not operations. Our dedicated flight support and sourcing team manages the operational aspects of each trip, including aircraft sourcing, logistics, catering coordination, and ground transportation.
This allows brokers to focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing charter business.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain relationships with private aviation clients
Manage charter requests and provide aircraft options to clients
Negotiate charter pricing and coordinate trip details with our sourcing team
Build and grow your personal book of business
Participate in qualified inbound charter opportunities generated by the company
Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service
Introduce clients to additional services such as aircraft sales and acquisitions when appropriate
Operational Support
Unlike many charter brokerage roles, brokers at Thrust Aviation are supported by a dedicated team that handles:
aircraft sourcing
flight support
trip logistics
catering coordination
ground transportation
operational follow-up
This structure allows brokers to remain focused on sales and revenue generation.

In addition to charter brokerage, Thrust Aviation assists clients with aircraft acquisitions and sales.Brokers receive training and support to introduce these services to their clients, creating additional revenue opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
-Experience in private aviation charter or business aviation sales
-Strong client relationship skills and professionalism
-Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
-Existing industry relationships or book of business preferred
-Interest in growing within a long-term aviation platform
