Thrush Co., Inc. is hiring a full-time CNC Lathe Operator for our day shift team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled machinist with at least 2 years of CNC lathe experience who can set up machines, run quality parts, and keep production on track.
The right candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints, selecting tooling, making machine adjustments, and inspecting finished parts for quality. HAAS experience is a plus.
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: In person
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Monitor machining operations and adjust as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of CNC lathe experience
- Machine setup and operation experience
- Good understanding of machining and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and dependable attendance
