Lead Electrician - Residential
Location: Main office is in Madison, GA - but we work all over GA.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team for residential electrical projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and clear communication skills.
Multi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise residential electrical crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to code standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise electrical installations.
- Manage daily construction site activities.
- Utilize construction management software such as BuildOps or similar tools for project tracking and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across all team members.
- Coordinate with project managers on project scheduling, budgeting, and contract requirements to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Maintain detailed records of work progress, change orders, and quality control reports.
- Mentor junior electricians and supervise their development while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain flexibility and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience
- Proven management experience as a Supervisor or Lead Electrician within residential construction projects.
- Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems in residential settings.
- Demonstrated ability to read plans.
- Supervising experience with a focus on quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Ability to pass drug test, background check and MVR.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software.
- Valid driver's license.
