What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Assistant / Light Assembly position at Throttle Addiction?
Overview
If you’re into motorcycles, building cool things, and having variety in your workday, this might be the job for you. We’re looking for someone who’s willing to jump in, make things happen, and knock out a task list independently. This role supports our warehouse operations and includes light production and assembly work. If you can take instructions and then run with them, you’ll fit right in. No two days look exactly the same around here.
Duties
- Perform light assembly on finished products or components using hand and power tools
- Safely operate a forklift to move inventory throughout the facility
- Receive incoming products and restock warehouse shelves
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment for finished goods
- Drive to pick up materials, products, and supplies from vendors within a 30-mile radius
- Assist with and operate T-shirt printing equipment
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude or experience assembling products
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs

This position offers a relaxed, hands-on environment for someone interested in manufacturing, warehousing, and motorcycles. Minimum of 24 hours per week, with potential for full-time employment.

Throttle Addiction is an eCommerce brand focused on custom chopper motorcycle parts. Along with warehousing and selling thousands of parts, we manufacture our own motorcycle frames and steel components in-house. We also run a full embroidery and screen-print shop, film content for our YouTube channel, and give away motorcycles online. We’re a small, passionate team of about 12 people.
