Role Description

This is a full-time Associate Clinician position at Thriving Lotus Family Therapy Group, INC. As an Associate Clinician, you will be paid bi-weekly $50. It is expected the associate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families while maintaining accurate client records. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients in achieving their mental health goals. This is a hybrid role based in Santa Clarita, CA, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in trauma-informed therapy and providing compassionate care
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for establishing a supportive therapeutic environment
• Ability to maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active registration or licensure as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in California
• Familiarity with insurance documentation and billing processes is a plus
• Experience with telehealth platforms and technology is beneficial
