Position Summary
We are looking for compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical companion care and personal assistance to seniors and individuals needing extra support at home.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations, hobbies, and activities to keep clients socially active and comfortable.
- Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment (laundry, dishwashing, dusting, trash removal).
- Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Errands & Transportation: Assist with grocery shopping, running light errands, or accompanying clients to local appointments.
- Reminders: Provide routine medication reminders and keep light observation notes on client well-being.
What We Look For
- A warm, empathetic, and reliable personality.
- Experience: Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or nursing assisting (CNA/PCA) is a plus, but a compassionate attitude is key.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (preferred).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and reference checks.
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
